Walk-in Health Centre is registered under the Data
Protection Act 1998 and follows all statutory requirements regarding
confidentiality, including the appropriate guidelines for information
security. You have a right to access information we hold about you. To
apply for access to your information you should contact the Practice
Centre Manager on 01905 879100.
Complaints and Comments
Elgar Healthcare makes every effort to ensure good customer service and
patient satisfaction. If, however, you are in any way dissatisfied with
the service received and would like to make a complaint please contact
the reception desk for a copy of our complaints procedure.
We also welcome your comments and suggestions for improving our services
and feedback forms are available, for this purpose, at the reception
desk and on the centre website.
